DELIVERY COST

The cost of shipping is displayed directly at checkout and calculated according to your country of delivery.

SHIPPING DELAY

All our bags are made to order and woven by hand. We currently need 8-10 weeks to weave a bag. As soon as it's ready, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

If you placed your order from our Ready to Ship section, no worries — we just need 48 hours to prepare it before shipping.

Any cancellation request made after 45 calendar days after the date of confirmation of your order can not be taken into account.

Returns are the responsibility of customers and at their cost.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders shipped to the UK and the U.S. are sent on a duties-and-taxes-paid basis, with all applicable charges included in the shipping fees at checkout. No additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.

Orders shipped outside the EU, UK and the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer unless they were already collected at checkout.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund OR if the package is returned because you refused to pay the import duties the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse will also be deducted from the refund of your order.
