All our bags and belts are made on-demand, and it takes approximately 10 weeks to complete and ship an order. In the event that your order is ready earlier than expected, we will notify you by email.

UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS
Each Dragon Diffusion bag is handwoven, resulting in unique variations in color and texture. These characteristics are not flaws but a testament to the handmade quality and natural materials used.
AVOID HEAVY LOADS
Refrain from carrying excessively heavy items to prevent deforming the bag’s shape. For example, if you use your bag to transform a computer, tablet and book, the bag is likely to be damaged more quickly and leather strips may come off.
DEALING WITH MOISTURE
If your bag gets wet, blot the water away immediately with a soft, dry cloth. Never immerse the leather in water or use artificial heat sources like radiators or hairdryers to dry it. Allow the bag to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
NATURAL DYE BLEEDING
Natural dyes used in our bags may bleed initially, especially with dark colors or in high humidity. To help set the dye, leave your bag in sunlight for several hours. As the dyes are natural, it may take some time for them to stop bleeding. Over time and some use, the bags will develop a special used patina that in fact enhances the feel and look of your Dragon Bag.
PROTECTIVE STORAGE
Always store your bag in a dust bag when not in use. This allows air circulation and prevents mildew. Ensure the dust bag is soft and does not scratch the leather.
DELIVERY COST
The cost of shipping is displayed directly at checkout and calculated according to your country of delivery. It varies between €12, €19, €25, €29 and €40.
SHIPPING DELAY
All our bags are made to order and woven by hand. We currently need 10 weeks to weave a bag. As soon as it's ready, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
Any cancellation request made after 45 calendar days after the date of confirmation of your order can not be taken into account.
Returns are the responsibility of customers and at their cost.

We are not responsible for any additional delays caused by the transporter.
TAXES AND DUTIES
UK customers are liable to 21% Import Taxes. This is payable to our shipper (DHL) upon arrival in UK before delivery.
We ship to all destinations outside UE on a DDU basis (delivery duty unpaid) which means we are responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to customers destination and customers are responsible for import duties.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund OR if the package is returned because you refused to pay the import duties the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse will also be deducted from the refund of your order.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Our return address is in Belgium and will be communicated to you at the time of the return request.
The packages must be checked by the customer within 14 days of receipt, the claims will no longer be admissible beyond this period.
Send an email to orders@dragondiffusion.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods to request a return with the following information in the email: Name, order number, reference the product(s) to be returned.
The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in a box perfectly intact, any product returned unpackaged will be refused or will be subject to a 9€ withholding on the refund.
The customer must keep the proof of deposit and the tracking number of the package that will be given to him by the carrier. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit. All returned products must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the package, Dragondiffusion.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that this use or damage makes the products unfit for sale. If the return is refused by Dragon Diffusion, the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Dragon Diffusion without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.
The refunding of the returns will be made subject to compliance with these conditions of return, Dragondiffusion.com will proceed to the refunding of the returned products within 15 days following the reinstatement in stock of the goods.
