UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS
Each Dragon Diffusion bag is handwoven, resulting in unique variations in color and texture. These characteristics are not flaws but a testament to the handmade quality and natural materials used.
AVOID HEAVY LOADS
Refrain from carrying excessively heavy items to prevent deforming the bag’s shape. For example, if you use your bag to transform a computer, tablet and book, the bag is likely to be damaged more quickly and leather strips may come off.
DEALING WITH MOISTURE
If your bag gets wet, blot the water away immediately with a soft, dry cloth. Never immerse the leather in water or use artificial heat sources like radiators or hairdryers to dry it. Allow the bag to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
NATURAL DYE BLEEDING
Natural dyes used in our bags may bleed initially, especially with dark colors or in high humidity. To help set the dye, leave your bag in sunlight for several hours. As the dyes are natural, it may take some time for them to stop bleeding. Over time and some use, the bags will develop a special used patina that in fact enhances the feel and look of your Dragon Bag.
PROTECTIVE STORAGE
Always store your bag in a dust bag when not in use. This allows air circulation and prevents mildew. Ensure the dust bag is soft and does not scratch the leather.

配送遅延

ご注文の確認日から 30 暦日後に行われたキャンセル要求は考慮されません。
返品はお客様の責任であり、費用はお客様負担となります。
税金と関税
英国のお客様は、21% の輸入税を支払う義務があります。これは、配達前に英国に到着したときに、荷送人 (DHL) に支払う必要があります。
UE以外のすべての目的地にDDUベースで発送します (配達義務未払い) つまり、商品がお客様の目的地に安全に到着することを保証する責任があり、 輸入関税はお客様の負担となります。
返品はお客様の責任であり、費用はお客様負担となります。

商品を受け取ってから 14 日以内に、orders@dragondiffusion.com に電子メールを送信し、製品の返品を希望することを通知します。電子メールには次の情報が記載されています: 名前、注文番号、製品の参照先返されます。
返品された製品は新品で、未使用で、元の箱に完全に無傷である必要があります。梱包されていない状態で返品された製品は、拒否されるか、返金時に 9 ユーロの源泉徴収の対象となります。
顧客は、運送業者から提供されるパッケージのデポジット証明を保持する必要があります。パッケージを紛失した場合、このデポジットの証拠がなければ返金は行われません。返品されたすべての製品は、完全に無傷で返品する必要があります。
